I have been playing Z-Factor and it has dissapointed me, it's very tedious  :<_<:, not recommended  :nowai:

Every hack is different, so don't let you not enjoying one put you off trying others. You're bound to find something you like. :^_^:

Same here. I heard great things about Homenag and yet, it was not as funny as I thought.
Maybe you should focus on the top rated hack first then don't even bother trying the other ones because I can assure you they are far more tedious than that. Not sure what qualifies an "interesting" hack from your perspective, I assume you are looking for unique tilesets, custom music and such. So I can only advise you to stay away from vanilla looking hacks because most of them feature none of that.

Honestly, to echo Quietus, try some others then.  Everyone's taste is different.  Opinions on the various iterations of Redesign, for example, are all over the map.  Try Eris, Vitality, Hyper, Escape 2, there are so many good hacks out there.  Go old school and play Legacy or Limit.  I have played hacks that are almost universally praised and found them "just OK."  To the contrary I have really enjoyed some hacks that many rate as average.  We all have different things we like and dislike in terms of challenge, asthetics, size, etc.

@Kandier : Good job on the 1-orb review of Redesign... I guess you don't need to explain why it's a big piece of s*** ? Let me guess... you've found even more tedium? See? I told you. You are just hurting yourself at this point. PLAY BETTER RATED HACKS PERIOD.
You can play B2-TW which is very unique because you are stuck into a morphing ball state for the entirety of the hack. I bet it's gonna take you longer to finish this one than the time you actually spent playing Redesign.
PS. Read hack descriptions too, if you see "veteran", it may be not a good choice for starters. This topic has been addressed multiple times :

I just tried FreezeFlame 2 which is a heat run and I wouldn't recommend trying any others like it. It basically boiled down to trial and error dying several times just to find the right path, or where I'm supposed to go. It wasn't really fun.

Are you sure you played Freezeflame 2? Cause it only has like 5 minutes of heat run.
(Also you should probably expect a challenge from a challenge hack.)
