Is it possible to put the Metroid prime 2 screw attack in Metroid prime 1
maybe using Prime World Editor
they're both on the Gamecube so I feel like it's feasible

I wouldn't think so with the GameCube version, mainly because of memory limitations. They figured out a lot of "how to do Metroid" in 3D with Prime 1, youd have to be able to deconstruct the camera elements of MP1 and draw Samus to the screen which was never really done outside morph ball or cutscenes. The main reason it was able to pull so much graphical power at once was by loading only that room and the hall, the way it rendered only the arm cannon to the screen, the visors, everything had to be done in a way that saved memory. Even the static is the game code being rendered over the screen because they didn't have the memory to use a filter effect like we could today.

Now, obviously, anything is possible if you can A. Decompile or B. are a ASM/Hex/Binary wizard, but I don't think it'd be worth doing, if you wanted Screw Attack in a Prime hack I'd say the time is better invested in a MP2 hack then tbh.
