I don't like the fact that if you go to an area WITHOUT the correct item, you CAN'T get back to where you actually NEED to be. The reason I enjoy the ORIGINALS more than most hacks is because the game won't LET you go where you CAN'T if you don't HAVE what you need to get there.

Maybe you are right.
But I dont like single route (such as MF), it is boring.
To avoid players missing the way, I suggest them don't use the skills (wall jump etc.)to look for the way. Actually, if they do not use skills, they can usually find the right way.

How can you say you don't like single route exploration, while also NOT creating multiple routes for people to use? Doesn't that defeat the point of supposed non-linearity if there are still barriers preventing people from using advanced tricks to go different routes?

If you don't want people using bombjumping or walljumping to go places you believe they shouldn't, why don't you nerf or disable those abilities? Otherwise it's just a headache for the sake of being a headache. It's not like it's that hard to do either; you can change the timers before explosion on bombs in the MAGE weapon editor.

Oh, I did not explain elearly again.

I just suggest avoid using at first time playing. It is just a suggest. Bomb jump and wall jump are useful. They help completing game faster.

You should get Varia first, in Brinstar.

Wrapping up my second play through. Just wanted to say this hack is phenomenal, like phenomenal (minus the ship being WAY too big which is an issue). The advanced "sequence breaking" routing is unbelievably rewarding and probably in the top 5 of all hacks that I've played (which is a significant number). It's super well thought out, as are the smaller secrets. It also strikes the right technical difficulty level when going for a high percent for any veteran player. Thanks so much for making this. It was a very pleasant surprise.

For anyone wanting a rewarding route and challenging time, see below (you'll need to executive time sensitive IBJ/HBJ):

[spoiler]
Morph
Missiles
Charge Beam
Long Beam
Bombs
Ice Beam
High Jump Boots
Super Missiles
Power Grip
Wave Beam
Gravity Suit
Speed Booster
Screw Attack
Varia Suit
Space Jump
Plasma Beam
Power Bombs

you can get stuck down in createria's watery labyrinth by falling into a pithole that you can reach without using wall jumping or bombing,  and the only way out is to wall jump to the lift that goes down to norfair

also i dont know how intentional is it but this is how i entered those ruins the first time and got my wave beam:

EDIT:
for the former i found a couple super missile tiles that get you out of there
for the latter i discovered near the end of the game that missile on the face pushes those robots down the holes...

Have you gotten Gravity Suit? A green hatch in Crateria Chozo ruins can reach underwater.

Yeah i found it
I've beaten Ridley and now I'm heading tourian to kill mother brain.
I've wrote wrong I don't have wave beam, my current power ups are:

Long charge ice plasma beams
Varia suit
Gravity suit
High jump
Super missiles

I'm really enjoying this hack. I didn't even know it was possible to port fusion bosses to zero mission, and that was so well done, really amazing
The maps and overall difficulty is really ok, good puzzles but I didn't need to search for any help to get by.
That rom hack deserves more love from the community, I don't think there is any better zero mission hack than that one
Other Zm from luce seyfarth was very good too but that one is better in my opinion

I can't for the life of me find Power Bombs anywhere. I am at the end of the game, can beat Mecha Ridley at any time, but all of my searching of the mothership reveals no reachable exits and no path to Power Bombs. I also do not have either Space Jump or Screw Attack. Where do I find the routes to any of these? (And the map is passworded so I can't find anything myself???)

Edit: Path to Power Bombs involves speedboosting to the top of the mothership in a top-left room.
