This is just a tiny sample of what i have completed, i'll be adding more gradually.

This hack Currently Features:
MSU1 Support with a custom soundtrack
Modified and some Custom CRE
Several enhancements to core mechanics
A Fresh zebes to explore
An expanded story line taking place after Super
Jam's superb Spazer plus Plasma - with a twist
New and improved beam GFX and palettes
Tourian Gate System
Several other hex tweaks to enhance your experience


WIP features include:
Custom SFX
AST music playlist
BlackFalcon's Thermal Visor Concept


This hack is heavily inspired by Hyper Metroid By RealRed

The 2 main reasons as to why people change suit palettes from what I can guess is for story reasons or to give things a fresh look instead of seeing the same colored suits every time.
