Title screen graphics errors

Hey everyone

I am making my hack titled: Super Metroid Neon Genesis
I was using TLP and smile to edit palettes when i decied to run the game in my emulator as if i was going to play through the game. When i loaded the game, the super metroid Tiles and BG were all funky and the metroid in the jar is the only thing
unblemished. I could not edit the title text with TLP. What did i do wrong?

I'm sure the title is in mod7 for some reason, so you must use another tile editor than TLP.
