Post up what you've just purchased!
Doesn't have to be strictly related to gaming or tech related stuff either.

Bought this when I got off from work, 19.99 vs 34.99 on the eshop was a great steal!

Smiley

Milk, yoghurt, cucumber, liver casserole and cocoa.

Quietus

Milk, yogurt, and cocoa sound good. I can live without the others. :^_^:

My last purchase was Far Cry 4 at the weekend. I loved 3, and it's more of the same, so it's all good. One annoying thing they've changed is when you fire your last arrow, it automatically switches to your explosive arrows. Yep, thanks. When I have a charging enemy in my face, what I really need is an explosive. :eyeroll:

Digital_Mantra

doom and a new computer in may, haven't really had money since.
spinach cucumber avocado and a lager i guess.

Firebrand

Was shopping for new shirts of metal bands. All my old ones were pretty much worn out

doom and a new computer
While I didn't buy my new computer for it, Doom was also the first game I played that put it to good use, and tested it.

When asked what specs I wanted, I simply said something that will play DOOM on the highest settings.

Alukraid

I buy nothing because I never have money... =(

Hehe, that'll do you.

Mon732

DOOM and Dark Souls III. Though my computer is sporting a GTX 760 so I have to play DOOM on low to get above 30fps. I also started on nightmare for some reason.

Kazuto

The only thing I've just bought is a replacement charge cord for my nephew's laptop, as his old one was broken.  Though I did get the Zelda Oracles on 3DS during their E3 sale.

interdpth

Car insurance, electricity, debt back from my credit card and water for the month.

#adulting

Naw, but I'm getting more of Civil War 2 today and have a date with the Fiance this weekend. So that's buying stuff

SlyPork

Got ice cream today for me and a friend of mine that I haven't seen in 3 years

I ordered two 8bitdo retro receivers about a month ago but they've been on backorder ever since.  Apparently it's going to be another month (or more) before they ship:

They aren't taking anymore orders now, probably because of the endless delays in shipping the existing orders.

EDIT: Basically these add Bluetooth wireless to the NES, you can use just about any controller.  The control port on the NES is powered so it's plug and play, no batteries.

Heh when you get it and set it up, record it in action, this I want to see first hand.

Bought these 2 during june and now:

Zero One

Bought a bunch of stuff for my consoles:

2x RCA to SCART adaptors for the SCART switcher box I have
A can of isopropyl rubbing alcohol; Zelda II is a bit crashy, and I'm hoping cleaning the pins will fix it
A 4-pack of compressed air
Finally, a Gameboy Player for my Gamecube! Been after one for quite a while.

Hopefully, at some point, I'll also be buying a Dazzle or some other capture device and start speedrunning stuff like Zero Mission and Jak and Daxter on a console, instead of emulating.

If your computer specs are up to spec, I would avoid dazzle anything or easycap.
Reason being most dazzle or easycaps you may find might be a fake.
The drivers aren't that great with the outdated software included especially with newer os past windows 7 original no sp.

Yeah, I hear a LOT of conflicting stuff about Dazzles. I know people who swear by them, and I know people who hate them. I'll probably give it a try when I have the money. If it doesn't work, I'll just return it.

EDIT: Welp, I've gone ahead and actually bought an EZCAP capture device, so we'll see how that goes. I'll likely have to reshuffle my room around for it, but it might work pretty well!

Get a long usb 2.0 cord for it, do not attach the dongle to the computer as it will fracture over time.

lasagna sucks.

i usually either just cook the meat directly on a pot, but i've also made burgers with them. 500g of mince meat is a lot for burgers already though, so 1kg is probably enough for 2-3 days of strictly burger eating lol.

Sounds good to me. Burgers are incredible, and you don't even need to mess about with cutlery.
