It's probably the exact same game as you remember; I haven't edited it in a really long time. And yes, I did make it, using Clickteam Multimedia Fusion Developer 2.

While I'm at it...[spoiler=Impossible Mode]Right-click in the very upper-left-hand corner of the main menu; there's a hidden 8x8 px button that takes you to Impossible mode which theoretically is not impossible.[/spoiler]

I will probably get around to playing this eventually, as soon as I have some decent time on my hands.  From what I've heard about it before, it is pretty good.
