Justin Bailey: Squishy Version

Sooooo, I made this months ago, just for fun, and linked it in irc once or twice maybe, but Grime working on a similar thing for Project Base made me decide to go ahead and release it.

This is a palette hack of a tile hack made by Auximines many years ago to change Samus' tiles to a suitless version, ala NEStroid Justin Bailey code. All the credit for the tiles goes to him.
I wanted to make the palette look like how it did in NEStroid, so I did.

You can apply it to other hacks if you so choose, which is what I tend to do.
