MODIFIED: Game has been improved slightly to make winning possible. Ignore attachment in this post and use the one that follows in the update below.

Buddy the metroid must survive winter. He follows your mouse around until you click a geemer. Then he'll hunt the geemer to replenish his HP. Avoid the snowflakes. The cold will hurt him.

There are 3 endings to the game:
1) Death by snowflake! Watch your health bar.
2) Geemers are worth a lot of points, but if you kill too many, it might be the end of you. Rumor has it, Samus Aran has been looking for over active metroids.
3) 25,000 points will end the winter weather.

So far, I can only get to 12,794. I'm sure 25,000 is possible. If it turns out it's not, I'll either modify the game slightly -or- look into a few loopholes in the code that might help out a bit.

I can't see getting to 25,000 as likely.  I regularly got to the early teens, but the damage comes so fast, regardless of where you are, that eating the metroids becomes pointless, as it just slows the damage, but not enough to really affect anything.

I second this. Except, I didn't die via snowfall. I think I ate too many Geemers and then got shot by Samus... I got to roughly 7700. Fun little arcade like game though. Maybe you shouldn't mess with anything though I was thinking. As it stands now, it's almost like it's one of those game where you have to practice intensely to get a high score, let alone beat it. Kinda like the original Donkey Kong.

UPDATE:
1) P = Pause the game (or title screen). Note: you can click on geemers when the game is paused
2) R = Reset the game
3) Reduced the # of snowflakes that can appear, plus slowed down how much the maximum speed increases.
4) Put wind back in (had been taken out before release)

Score to win is still 25,000. I just pulled 18,000. Pause, wind, and a more reasonable amount of snow makes 25,000 doable now I think.

EDIT: Sigh... And the Reset feature is broken, but definitely lets you break 25,000.
