Missing Contest Hacks

Thanks to the site being hacked a few weeks back, several contest hacks that were only hosted as forum attachments became Lost Media (as the kids say). Let's see if we can fix that.

Super Ceres Jank and Super Metroid EP from the Oats 2021 contest are also unavailable, but to my knowledge they were never publicly released.
