How to start from scratch on SMILE?

I'm currently trying to make a ROM hack of Super Metroid and I'm using SMILE. I am currently trying to figure out how to start from scratch (Have no rooms).

Anyone know how to do that?

You might have an easier time starting with SMART.

Wow, thank you guys. I have tried building a Super Metroid Hack by myself around 15 years back in the past. You know, like learning by trying. And it was very very hard. Wish I had this Information before.
