The reason I haven't messed with this for a long while is that for whatever reason, probably not a good one, the banner appears in any skin you use EXCEPT for the forum default. Until I get it figured out, we'll probably be stuck with the regular banner for a good long while. I've taken a look at this several times and can't figure out why it's broken the way it is.

Bump. I fucking finally fixed this. See above.

As an added note, I've left the default banner alone for Zelconst in case people wanted to make Zelda-themed banners for that theme alone. Core and Default should be rotating these images though.

Red monkey, the aliasing on the text there looks kinda bad. It's hard to read the text over the logo, too, without any kind of outline or shadow.

Maybe there should be some sort of screening process for these banners. Nothing elaborate. Most of them are fine (I think it would be better if there was more consistency, namely with the font that's used) but some of them are pretty meh, to put it kindly. Or maybe I'm just putting too much thought into it.
