how do i make samus always have hyper beam

hey i'm really new, but ive done hex edits, anyone know how to force Hyper Beam on samus so she always has it with a hex edit?
also how do i lower the damage of it? also this is for super metroid

I would search for the bit that sets Hyper beam, then change the bit so that Hyper beam is always on.

That's just me, i'm sure there is a better answer though.
