Have you tried clearing out Layer 2?

i did before i started. I selected 'add layer 2 BG' then cleared out all those door tiles. it's strange how it's not just blue on the blank tiles but around the sloped ones too.

I've done the same as what you've done, and it's fine... Maybe you've filled the BG with the wrong kind of tile?

Have you changed what palette square a certain tile uses as it's palette on which the tile was originally using the first colour in the palette row which is suppose to be used for invisiblity?

Yeah thats what i did, i checked that as well but was obviously looking at the wrong palette line. Derp.

when going to the room next to the landing room, and then go back to the landing room the bg is weird the bg gets normal if i go away from it (not to another room) and come back to it.

That's called the Scrolling sky glitch.

[spoiler=Solution to Scrolling Sky Glitches]Scrolling sky background errors temporarily after changing doors that connect to the landing site rooms with the scrolling sky background.
     This one's a killer. It happens any time you alter a door's properties in one of the three huge scrolling sky rooms. There's a lot of workarounds for it but none are really perfect. My recommendation would be to not change the doors in these rooms and don't change the doors in rooms that connect to these rooms and just use the ability to change the room properties of the surrounding rooms (size and such) to make them taller and change them to your needs. You can also turn a lot of red scroll areas to green to get different sized rooms. On another note, I remember Drewseph saying he removed the scroll from his sky to fix this problem in SMRedesign but I have no idea how he did that. I assume it is beyond the scope of SMILE itself.
   
On the other hand: if you Remove Fx2 and layer 1_2, then change the background pointer to whatever background you want. (That is in the tile set you use)
Then set layer 2 scroll to c1c1
and set layer1_2 pointer to 91d4
and you have a back ground that dosen't scroll.
But yeah, Not the Sky Scrolling back ground.
This way you can use the room in a bit more ways though!

Just use the patch linked at the bottom of that. it's worked fine for me and stops the annoyance of changing several pointers in many different roomstates.

i will ask about this (problem with this since started hacking) how do i make this work a slope with the tile that is right and left to it without make samus stop or coming from the side you teleport up on it [spoiler][/spoiler]

I'm not aware of any easy way to do that.  You could just extend the top by one block to complete the ramp, or you could use another triangular BTS block on the corner tile.  It'd mean that the player can clip into the tile slightly, but it'll look better than them zipping upward.

I've been meaning to ask since forever, and since it's related: Is there any purpose to the yellow BTS?

There is no difference between the yellow and green BTS. And yeah, slopes suck, you'll just have to avoid that kind of design pattern
...
