[SM] Pick-up Item Message Screen

Hello again, guys.... Sorry for being such a noob... I hope you guys don't hate me....

I was wondering if anyone could help me with my "Combo of hacks"

See, whenever I get a pick-up item, its icon in the Message Screen looks berserk. I know I have Scyther's HUD, and that might be the reason why. I am not sure. Can somebody tell me how to get rid of this?
