For those of you not in the know, our Global Mod Grime is a damn good musician.

Check him out yo!

On another note, I unforgiving reviewed every song I had of his (70 total)
[spoiler=Disregard Spelling Errors]
Begrimed
-squishy_ichigo

I enjoy almost every single track that this dudeguy puts out. Soooo, I guess I have a biased opinion.... oh well. :P
Songs are in no particular order (ie. I wrote them as they came up on my playlist) so don't get too mad if it feels like it goes all over the place. I go into more detail on some songs and not others, for no good reason at all. Shut up no one asked you! >:O
Please note, like I said, I love almost everything by Grime. A lower score doesn't really mean much at all.  The only one's I don't much care for are labeled 'Those Rare Few' at the bottom.
Also note, that only songs labeled [!] are on the 'Must Listens!' list, even if I peronsally rank other songs higher. :P

[D] = Dead, not on his music page anymore, but I have it! :3
[!] = Songs Grime labels as 'Better then most'

Must Listens!
---
[!]There's This Girl - One of my favorites by far, up there with P&B, when I think Grime, this is one of those songs that really comes to mind, ya dig? The ambient use of voice tracks is a drawing feature of this song that I really enjoy.
[!]Bleed - Unfinished, and yet it's damn good. Love this song alot. A must listen. One of the few songs with lots of Grime voice.
[!]Chief of Mischief - Holy shit, this intro is badass. Grime made this? O.o Ahem.... my first listen of this song, and it's already at "Must Listen" status. This one was a definate hit with Grime's newest stuff! A much different feel from what I like to call the "Begrimed Flare" but it kicks too much ass to give a shit.
[!]Harmony in Discord - Oh yeah! Grimey goodness with lots of "Begrimed Flare" probably the oldest song that gets a [!] from Grime and a big ol' hug from me too. As such it's obviously on the 'Must Listens!' list. One of the best classics Grime has to offer.
[!]Hihats and Rock Gardens - A damn good song, but the Dance Remix is better. ;3  A pretty long song, and yet it's one of Grime's best slow songs. (if not THE best slow song)
[!!]Memories of Temporus - This one feels slightly less Grimey, but it's soooo good. This is the only song given the [!!] status by Grime, as he put the most work into this song, and it really shows. I don't have alot to say about this other then listen to it right now.
[!]Midnight Snack [Sunrise Remix] - "Old song, but it still kicks ass. I love myself." Grime says it best himself.  Check it out!

High Ranked
---
Pancakes and Beer - Older song, but the lyrics makes me giggle everytime.  The beats themselves are nice too! One of my favs of his old stuff, and yet Grime doesn't get why. :3
[D]Series - Another of his old songs that I like and he doesn't. WHY? ;_;
[D] Slow Motion Quickie - Another great dead song. This song gets me pumping! Title says it all, it's got a great mixture of a slow and fast beat. Simple and neat!
[D]Speedkin Anthem - Another song that starts out reminding me of Metroid, then transitions abit, then goes back into reminding me of Metroid. Get's pretty pumping halfway, slows down, then picks back up.
Start Stopping - Slower paced song, but it's got a great ambient feel through alot of the song. Rare song with lyrics, gotta love that smooth touch Grime's voice adds. Like alot of his longer songs, it hits a few different places throughout, some places sounding better then others. A great listen.
A Bit Too Electric - Another great song that I love alot. Definately on my top favs list. It's got alot of what I like to call that "Begrimed Flare" that I love. Alittle slower in some parts though.
[D]A Million Different Things at Once - Another one of those songs I want to slap Grime for taking off his music page. What a jerk, I really should shouldn't I? Classic Grime fo' sho'! When I think Begrimed, I think songs like this. It's a short track but its SOOOOO tasty.
[D]A Rave Sunshine - A slow start, but it quickly evolves into a damn good song. A mean a really good song.
[D]Abstract Practicality - Another great example of why I want to smack Grime around abit. I fucking love this song. Why is it not on the music page? RAGE! The lyrics near the end make me happiness so much. When I think Begrimed lyrics, this song always stands out. "I just though I'd let you know...." Alittle slow in some parts, but I don't care!
BETTA Version [ALPHA Remix] - Damn good, that is all.
Angel Part Duex - Is 'pure sex' a good way to discribe a song?
Anything to Distract Myself From - Tasty Grime sauce... I mean.... what? Why are my favorites the ones without the [!] next to them?
[!]Astral Projector - 'Sex in my ears.' I use this to discribe a few of Grime's songs, but this is really up there.  It's got that flavor of Classic Grime that I really enjoy, but it's also got alot more going on in there too. The beginning half is the best part and it slowly trails off a bit.... which makes me alittle sad.
Bump in the Mist - One of the few I really like that isn't [D]ead, but it does't have [!] status. Really popping beat that I attribute to "Begrimed Flare." This one is definately up on the top of my list.
[D]Carbonated Christmas Carol - fapfapfap... I mean.... what?
Chillin' in the West - Reminds me of Metroid everytime, in a good way, ya dig? Very nice song. :D
Christmas Daze - I am starting to run out of words to discribe these songs.... fuck maybe I need a break.... nah. Title says it once again. It's got that wintery feel to it, and it plays it very well. The melody grabs me everytime.
Garden of Magma - First song of Grime's I heard, back when he first joined #jzd.  Damn good stuff, it's what got me hooked on him in the first place.  It's just a Metroid Remix man!
[D]Greetings from the Clouds - Feels like 'Greetings from the Attic' but much shorter, and as such, more enjoyable! :D
[D]Hailtosis - Mmmmmm.... tasty. Great song all over. /me smacks Grime around several times.
[D]Hihats and Rock Gardens [Dance-Friendly remix] - Oh god yes. Why is this one not on the music page? WTF? This is even better the the first Hihats and Rock Gardens, which was a damn good song in and of itself. Not being on the music page is the only thing not giving this a 'Must Listens!' status.... :<
Iron Rainbow - Fuck yes. Oh sooooo good. Suprised it doesn't have [!] status. One of the few that I really think deserve 'Must Listens!' status that Grime doesn't. Oh well.....
[D]It Ain't Easy Stealin' from a Mantis - No it isn't! But I have too, otherwise other people will miss all these great  [D]ead songs! /me smacks Grime around again, and then some more. One more for luck.
[D]It's Ok to Judge - And judge I shall. Another Classic Grime song with lots of "Begrimed Flare" that is shunted to the side to make room for newwer 'better' songs. :< I want to cry alittle.
[D]Long Gone to Hong Kong - I think I can say that me and Grime don't agree with what his best stuff is. How many [D]ead songs have I placed higher then his new stuff? ALOT.
[!]Metroid Title Remix - Great stuffs indeed, alittle slow for the first half, but that's just fine! It really starts to kick later on in the song. :3
Midnight Sand - The intro is very out of place for Grime, but my god he hit it just right.  A damn good song indeed. A hit for experimental Grime! :D
[D]Midnight Snack - Not as good as the Sunrise Remix, but still a damn good song. Longer too! (and not in the bad way!) I'd give it a must listen if it was on the music page. :<
Milk and Cigarettes - Classic Grime that I'm suprised wasn't [D]ead! WOOOOO! :D Great stuff right thar! Fuck yes to Grime for keeping such a badass tune on the music page! I want to hug this guy! Whats with all these brusies on you... oh... yeah.... <_<; >_>.... woops....
[D]Monumental Montage - Fuck yes! I love classic Grime!
[D]Over the Counter and Under the Table - Classic Grime. What more can I say, you can't hear it anyways!It makes me sad.... ;_;

Lesser Ranked
---
[D]Preponderance - A great short music track full of energy!
Running Away - Heavy ambience for most of the song, and builds up at the end.
[D]Simply Complicated - Title says it all doesn't it? It's a simple song, and yet it's so gooooood!  Not a lot going on in this song, which is probably why Grime doesn't like it.
Something Great - Beginning half reminds me of Sanctuary Fortress from Metroid Prime 2. Transitions into a more upbeat setting then into a smooth ending.
Strorming Through the East - A slow intro that sets the mood, with a very different feel from his usual touch. The stormy weather ambience works really well. A few rough spots, and a little drawnout, but a great song overall.
Strangers on the Dance Wall - Title says it all once again, a great song to dance to.
[D]Synthetic Meat [WIP] - I didn't see this on the list... So I guess it's dead? Sad, since it has a great beat and everything. (maybe goes by a different name? note to self, find out :D) Not alot of vareity near the end though, so it ranks alittle lower then I want it to.
[!]Techno Cality - Very nice song, again the title says it all. First part of the song is damn good, and it adds more intruments near the middle, picking back up some lost ground, but loosing it again due to the length of the song. Being too drawn out is it's biggest flaw, giving it a lower score.
[!]Temple Machine - Intro sounds very RPGish, and when the piano comes in, that only adds to that feeling. Alittle slower paced, but a great song.
Untitled Instrumental - A damn good song, with an awkward name. Feels unfinished.
A Boy and His Toys - Another great classic Begrimed track. The lack of percussion makes it rate alittle lower then I would like though, despite how much I love it.
Angel - A cheerful little tune thingy. Good ol' classic Grimey tunes. :3
Archipelago - I don't know how if I like the new flavor Grime is going for.... It's really hit and miss for me.  This one isn't TOOOO bad, but... you know.... right? The latter half of the song is pretty groovy though.
[D]Black Velvet - A longer classic Grime tune. It's got it's flavor in there, but the intro takes away from it abit. You gotta wade through it to get to the meat of this great song though.
[!]Brinstar Underground - A great take on classic Metroid tunes.  It's got alot of that "Begrimed Flare" swelling in it.
[!]Broken Piano - Starts off really slow, which is sometimes a turn off, but its a damn good song. Long intro gives this a lower score then it deserves though. *hint hint* Reminds me of some of the older stuff he did. Do I hear some of those older tunes in there somewhere perhaps?
Dark Circles - A darker song, feels Metroidy, in a good way. Very ambient. :D
[D]Diamond Breakfast - It's gots it's moments, but it doesn't scale with alot of the other [D]s imo. A slow song with some good stuff near the end.
[D]Greetings from the Attic - A longer song that it needs to be, espeically with that long intro, but it has a few really good parts.
[D]Helix - I get a Metroidy feel from this one, yet again, thats a good thing!  It's a little repeative in the late beginning part, which lowers the score more then I want to. A damn good song though.
In Loving Memory - Not a fan of the intro, but then it gets really good. REALLY GOOD! Love this song. A little too drawn out though, giving it a lower score then I want to.
Intelligent Loser #2 - MUCH BETTER then #1. And it's shorter too? O.o
[D]Modicum - Pretty snazzy, and lives up to the hype I give the other [D]ead songs. Classic Grime <3!
Moonset - Another underrated song by Grime, but it's on his music page! so.... :D
---
Those Rare Few
---
[!]Suavo - Feels out of place to Grime's usual stuff, but it has it's place. Not a favorite though. :<
Swinging Things - O.o, I want to like this song, but its.... very odd. A few parts are better then others, namely the middle. The lyrics add a nice touch.
That Wise Old Man - Certainly different from Grime's usual stuff, but good nontheless.
Walking on Mudslides #1 - Another of what I feel is Grime experimenting abit too much. It's good, but not what I turn on my Grime playlist for. :<
Walking on Mudslides #2 - The drums make it alot closer to what I like about Grime's music. Much better then #1, but the drums seem off and out of place.
Getal Sear Molid - I'm.... just not a fan of this song.... that's all I got.
Intelligent Loser #1 - Eh.... not a fan.
Kraid's Hang-Out - Feels alittle out of place. Both for Grime and for Kraid. It's ok though.
[/spoiler]

After which he informed me that he had created a page on his site with his older stuff, if you want to give a listen to it just hit him (or me) up about it!
