Kraid's color palette

I'm havnig a little trouble editing Kraid's color palette. When i use SABS in smile JX or RF my edits only effect krad's parts. When i edit his actual body, it seems to have no effect. Any idea what's happening? i am sure i am saving because i can see some parts edits.

Kraid's palette is also the last line of his tileset.
