[SMILE] level_entries.txt

There's a warning in the FAQ about the level_entries.txt allowing SMILE users to potentially corrupt their ROM. Has anything since been done about this?
1) Are any of the SMILE branches upgraded to parse the file more intelligently?
2) Has the fixed file been published?

Edit: To clarify, I don't mind fixing the file manually myself. It looks like it's just that one block that needs to be relocated further up. But maybe there are other smaller discrepancies that I've missed. If anyone knows about them offhand, it would be helpful.
