Hi, guyz. I am new here. Look my video, getting a extreme difficulty item on Super Metroid Redesign, playing on SNES, without Savestates or Slowmotion.
Can u do it?

Actually, this is just the normal, by the author Drewseph intended way to get that item back there behind the Speedbooster blocks, and the window of error (i.e. the number of mistakes one can do, or the additional time delays that can occur such that one still can keep the maneuver going) for the movement between all those slopes at which the shinespark is charged up again is quite large. All it takes is to adapt to the hack´s physic changes and to get some practice with the new Speedbooster mechanic aswell as, in this specific case, to plan ahead for the movement required to get through the rooms while chaining shinespark re-charge setups.

As you might already have seen, there are more items that are intended to be gotten in similar ways, and there is quite a large number of hacks (maybe even the majority) that include Speedbooster puzzles of all sorts. For example the "Super Metroid Super Zero Mission (hard version)" hack lets the player chain shinesparks like this aswell in order to get all items.

I am convinced that Drewseph himself managed to do this particular part when he made this old, well-known hack, and for sure there are at least 50 other Super Metroid players that could do this without much effort, considering how large and competitive the community is.

Furthermore, there are some much more convenient methods (that are worth learning) to get this item/items like this one.
For example, one could use a spike-spark to gain FlashSuit and then simply carry it to the item´s room to shinespark there, or one can execute a Crystal Spark to obtain BlueSuit to simply walk through the Speedbooster blocks, or one can use the R-Mode BlueSuit method aswell:

R-Mode BlueSuit method (which technically is the easiest option, depending on available rooms for the setup):
