Elevator Trasition Delay

Does anyone know where the location for the elevator transition is located? I sped up up the elevator, and now Samus glitches when going down. I'm using a ASM patch, and I can't find any values that correspond with it on the hex page. There's elevator speed on there, but I need the delay, or whatever it is. I'm just to the point where it makes me want to quit altogether.

Obvious question first: You didn't speed them up past 08? The hex page says this can cause glitches.

There's some info in Kej's room transitions file, which may help.

Failing that, could it be worked around by changing the time / speed of the fade in / out during the transition (also on the hex page)?

I'm having the same problem, I created a new kinda big room and it only happens when going down into the room,

I thought there was a value in the hex page for the door transition delay or speed that it fades in/out. I can't seem to find it to try that.

Edit Lol15962 - 0C to ?? Adjusts how quickly the screen fades to/from black when going through doors. 04 = faster, 0C = standard, 1C = slower, etc. (found by DSO)

Edit again:  It diddnt help with my problem, though mine might be a different issue, the level gfx glitches out for me on the way down after transition, samus gfx are fine


Another edit: make sure the screen is a green scroll at the top of the room the elevator comes down in, it seems to have fixed it for me

Just wanted to mention that my issue has been solved. The location is:

Elevator Transition Delay: 1618F = $82:E18F - Change 30 to ??

For me, I had a quicker elevator and changing it to 10 seemed to work fine. Experiment.
