How do i make gates like hyper and redesign did to last area?

Assembly. For gates/statues, your best bet is likely to tie them to door indexes so as to know which gates/statues have been activated and to keep those specific ones triggered. For additional knowledge: a key system like the Prime games could simply get away with incrementing a number in RAM by 1 for each key collected if they were written as PLMs which Samus could collect.
