Room scrolls right upon entry

So i want to use a room in in Grimes project base but as I enter the room, the screen goes right upon entry

Small arrow represents the door I came in, red arrow represents were the screen moves too.. :(

I guess you changed the door connection of the door you came in through? (the green arrow one)

So this is likely the hardest thing about using project base if you don't know much about SMILE. To have multiple rooms within one room, you need to either be clever with your placements of scroll PLMs, or you need to be able to do door scroll ASM. Probably the easiest way for you to understand is to read this document so you know what's happening and how to fix it. If you fancy having a go at the ASM, this template should make things a little easier for you.

Thats well over my head. Will pass on that and yea change the room back / not use these types of rooms. :(

Edit: SO i have learned my lesson. And turning back what I did wrong isnt fixing it. note to self, stay away from them rooms of death. Can anyone fix it for me if i uploaded the ips?

As for the future, use backups. ALWAYS.

The reason connecting the door back up to the old room doesn't work is that the door scroll pointer has to be entered manually. You would be able to find out what it should be by opening a clean version on project base that you haven't hacked. Then in future, just use each room as one room, rather than many.

Yellow Scroll Patch Makes it a lot easier for multiple rooms, it can be found in the patches section of the main site under Black Falcon who created it, there are specific scroll colors just for door scrolls there and reduces dramatically the amount of scroll PLM's needed and you're sure to have quite a few rooms where it completely negates the need completely for SC.PLMs in these rooms...
    By the way I am doing exactly the same thing (multiple rooms, and using said patch) and I find it a hell of a lot easier with the patch, so that's how I know...

Thanks guys. Yea I tried using an old rom to match up pointers but honestly didnt know were to begin. Ill have another try when I get home and if it doesnt work ill take Jam up on the offer ;) I do have backups but id lose several hours progress tp go back. Not much but its never good for the oul morale. :P

EDIT: Excellent, I got it working again reworking the pointers. Ill try and now change some doors and see if doing the pointers manually helps :P wish me luck..
