Super Metroid X Biggie Smalls = Notorious Samus

I'm no hacker, but I am a pretty decent musician  :yay:.  I recently finished up a mash-up album blending the music of Super Metroid with the rhymes of The Notorious BIG, and I thought I'd share it with everyone.

Fun and good work.

If I can suggest something, maybe the lyrics can be written into the vid with the green text appearing into the SM intro like you showed, the effect of that could be awesome  :yay:

Thanks!  You're right, that effect would be sick!  I don't know if I have the skills to do that though.  I'll give it a shot on one of the next videos.

For that effect, your best bet would probably be to have a SM hacker actually hack the text, inserting the lyrics... patch a ROM with the .ips... then just use FRAPS or a similar program to record the playback from your emulator.  Maybe hacking the intro text is a walk in the park for some of the expert hackers here *shrugs*

Then you may just need to adjust the speed of the clip to keep the pace w/the lyrics.
