I think you got the thigh size about right; it's really just the lower leg that you need to elongate. It's pretty close, but not quite there yet.

I would think a ninja would know better than to twist his legs that far. Also, his right arm is either very far out of perspective or is not attached to his shoulder - I feel like it's actually more the latter.

Aside from those things, though, this is very well done.

Defiantly a ragekit if its seeing red.

Samus battle is quite awesome, also for squishys one, HEUGE sword (i will never get what it is with people and huge swords!)
The first female is very badass too, would not want to get on her wrong side x-x;
Dragon reminds me of some of the demons from hell, he didn't come from there did he :p
and last but not least the GF HED1T armour, Which is just awesome, also in the exact pose I imagined for my short story I written.

I liked all of them, but the dragon one seems abit off...

The OCs are probably the best of these, imo. I like your pic for James, but those OCs are great! :D
