With this program, you can randomize stats for every instance of an enemy, these stats are enemy Scale, Health, Speed, Damage, and Knockback Power. You can even randomize the XYZ values of Scale separately

This is a command line tool but I made sure that its easy and quick to use.

You can use this with Randovania but you need to use this program first otherwise you will break your ISO (and the program).

This has been integrated into Randovania so....use that lol.
