[SM] underwater space jump hex edit?

I am looking for a hex edit that allows underwater screw attack to work. I found the underwater space jump per this page: https://wiki.metroidconstruction.com/doku.php?id=super:hex_tweaks , and that works fine, but can't find one for screw attack. Maybe someone out there can come up with one? Thanks!
