[SM] How do you make speed booster begin earlier like project base?

I was wondering what ASM was used to make speed booster start faster while normally running. Like how project base has the ability for you to short charge on some miniscule platforms without having to stutter charge.

I would love to know how to do that

You don't need any ASM to do that, there is literally a hex tweak on the wiki for that.
