Specifically, those from Metroid Engine. At least, I think it's Metroid Engine. Whatever this is from:

I'm looking to get the .png files from that program, specifically the ones comprising the pictured Samus Menu.
And before you warn me, I don't expect them to come in one piece, of course. Several dozen pieces is what I'm expecting.

I'm sorry, I don't have anything to offer in exchange, but if there's a way to do it without needing to install any software, I'd be fine just seeing some instructions. And I won't nag if no one wants to help me out.

That program is an older version of MEngine a game maker metroid engine. I recognize that exact image as being from one of my really, really old fangame attempts, I wonder where you saw that lol.
The subscreen samus sprites are not hard to get, they are made by a guy called Shmegleskimo/Killpanzer:
