[ZM] Corruption that I don't understand

I was working on my hack, and I was making pretty okay progress. I was even planning a demo release. And then, for some odd reason, 2 rooms got corrupted. The first room that got corrupted was the hallway right before the Long Beam in Brinstar. It was a graphics corruption, so I was able to fix it pretty easily, although there was some clipdata that refused to change. In the room that leads to the bottom entrance of the hallway to the Tourian entrance (I really wish I had a better name for that), there was no graphical corruption, but the door at the top of the room jumped to a random point in memory that changed every time I tried to test the glitch. It even crashed my emulator a few times! And the worst part was that it only worked on the file I was using to play through the hack normally. It worked perfectly fine in the testing window that MAGE uses! I don't understand why this happened, I never tampered with any values for that door, and when I checked in MAGE, it was perfectly normal. Please help!

Sounds like where you are placing the doors, you have them inside blue scrolls. Change scroll door is in to green for both up and down doors. Left and right doors though can use either blue or green but up and down doors must always be green.
