Grey Door opening criteria

I'm aware of the following criteria to make Grey doors turn to flashing:

[High] == Open on certain criteria being met.*
     00 = Main boss for the area is dead.
     04 = Mini boss for the area is dead.
     08 = Torizo for the area is dead.
     0C = Enemies Dead matches Enemies Needed.
     10 = Always closed.
     14 = Delay in Tourian Gate room.
     18 = Eticoons/Dachora saved?

Is there a more complete list somewhere that translates what the other values are mapped to or are these the only options?

If you are interested, there is this patch done by Jam called event doors that modifies the eticoons/saved option so instead it allows you to make grey door flash upon setting an event. But if you have supermap patch by Jam also, high will have to be 30-37 instead of 18-1B. Someone correct me if I am wrong but I believe the eticoons saved option is an event anyway, so you can still have the eticoons to save at end of game by setting that event anyway.
