SMILE Test Room Issue.

I have seen many people get into the test room with items so that they can have stuff they need to test.

I needed to do the same for a hack I am working on, but when i go to test room options and change it to my needs nothing ever happens, I never have the stuff.

So i'm wondering, does everyone have this problem? And is there a way to fix it?

Just in case it matters I am using version 2.8

Other then that there's nothing I have to ask.

I'm pretty sure it's to do with quickmet's old data not being cleared. Try looking in SMILE > Files > Temp for a file called QuickMet.srm, and delete it. Then go back to SMILE, set your new options, then try it again.

It could well also be that you need to set a path for your sram to the same path that your emulator uses for sram...So for example if your emulator dumps the sram file inside the same folder as your rom then you would need to go next to the same place in SMILE where you go for the emulator settings and select Sram Folder instead and set the path to your rom folder, otherwise it would probably be inside your emulator folder or subfolders somewhere...

Thanks!
It turns out it was using the incorrect path for Sram.

Was so happy when it worked!
