ALTTP Cleanser

Using MoN's docs as well as his dissassembly i managed to make this little gem

What it does is takes a "corrupt" ALTTP save and corrects it's cheksum, it has no sanity checking so it may throw an error. This is more "proof of concept" at any rate.
