[SM] Gravy

I was enjoying Gravy until I became stuck, no clue where to go next and cant find a walkthrough or video anywhere, hoping someone can get me un-stuck :)

Have:
Morphball
Bombs
15 missles
1 Etank

My next destination appears to be Spore Spawn, but the room below is flooded so it doesnt appear possible to get up there. Ive done a few laps around the map, bombing/shooting/midair morphing suspicious areas but am not progressing.
