Enemy name display, similar to Castlevania or Kirby games.
-Causes some VRAM overwrites with MB2 and GT.

Uses freespace in $82, $A0, $B4.
Repoints sprite object table.
Also has a bunch of $A0 orgs for name pointers in every enemy header.
Includes a python script for easily transcribing names from normal text to Name Display format.
Character limit is $10 letters.
