Improved Spider Ball Controls

[RT-55J]

This patch moderately improves the controls of the spider ball. Now, when resting on corners (and in every other spider ball state), the game will properly respond to any sensible cardinal or diagonal direction. (It turns out this change required no code changes, just data.)
