I used a tool called Discord History Tracker to do this. https://dht.chylex.com/
The smaller archives are HTML files which have the chat logs and a chat log viewer that's pretty similar to discord. If you are connected to the internet It'll embed links and attachments.
The 9.31GB full archive is a full DHT database that can be opened with the DHT program itself or with SQL stuff. That's about all I know, I'm not well versed in databases sorry.

discord is an instant messenger.
it is a centrally hosted cloud service.
it will eventually shut down.
it has no archival functionality.
