Save station not refilling the reserve tanks ? Ok......

I am using this for my hack but it does not refill the reserve tanks when samus touches the save station.
To make it worse her ship will not refill the reserves nor even save properly while in her ship.
Could someone help me out with this patch or point me to a safer alternative rather than have my whole destroyed by a few hex addresses screw up ?
