So, whenever I change the room of a door or change the position of a door, the door spawns Samus below the floor, above the ceiling and glitches up the graphics, this is the main thing that prevents me from making a Super Metroid hack and theres no guides or messages in which this issue happens, I need help, otherwise I cant make my Super Metroid ROM hack and I need help with that.  Cant send screenshots due to the fact that this site doesnt allow uploading pngs or jpgs for forum posts.

If you use SMILE, press C (or Ctrl+C) on the door tile leading into the room to connect to, which will copy that door's destination to memory. Then navigate to the room that will lead into that door, press D (or Ctrl+D) while hovering over that door tile, and another window will pop up. Select the door destination from the list and click to link the doors together. Then save. SMILE will automatically select coordinates for the door based on the destination selected to make it work properly.
If it still breaks, check if you've applied any ASM patches that may alter any room loading code

Nevermind, SMART is better.
