[ZM] New Suit Graphics

Primary objective:
- Make Samus' suit more flexible to palette edits

My approach:
- Dedicate a color slot for visor + suit lights
- Edit out dark yellow from arm cannon
- Redesign morph ball, removing its glow
- Fix various graphical errors
- Rearrange palettes for ease of editing

Progress:

Arm cannon ... 100%
All frames have been edited, but I want to improve diagonal/off-angle arm cannon frames

Power suit ... 100%
All frames have been edited, but yadda yadda arm cannon

Full suit ... ~4%
Only morph ball frames done so far

Effects ... 100%

Palettes ... 100%

Final touch-ups ... 0%

for hacks which exclusively use power suit i would consider this patch "ready"

known issues:
- effects haven't been updated to new palette order

i was a dumby and didn't test before, so the white pixels on arm cannon missile tips got turned green. that's fixed now. if your hack only uses low power suit it's ready enoughTM, full power suit displays but i haven't done my magic on it yet
