I think maybe ppl are missing this from the other thread, all of 7 downloads so far. So for those who don't know, this is Vitality with suitless Samus, or as I like to call it, Justin Bailey edition :oh:

Sad that all the forms file attachments were lost recently, I hear because the  site was hacked.

It would be nice to get this patch again with the recolored Justin Bailey skin for VITALITY.

Here's my best effort to help.  I took the Project Base archive v0.73 which has the v0.72 and v0.72 Justin Bailey reskinned files and made an IPS diff patch.  This is different from the original author, Auximines Justin Bailey Hack because it ONLY contains the reskin to Samus and no other changes like the title change, etc.  This way you can apply this to any other hack and get the Justin Baily skin.  I didn't try to update the color of the skin, so the colors are a little off, Samus has green hair, etc.

The form currently won't let me post the file so... here are the instruction on how to accomplish what I just did.


1.) Download Lunar IPS
2.) Download PROJECT BASE 0.7.3 + EXTRAS
3.) Extract "Project_Base_0.7.2.SMC" and "Project_Base_0.7.2_Justin_Bailey.SMC" from the Project Base archive
4.) Run Lunar IPS and click on "Create IPS Patch"
5.) For "Select ORIGINAL UNMODIFIED File to Use", choose "Project_Base_0.7.2.SMC"
6.) For "Select NEW MODIFIED File to Use", choose "Project_Base_0.7.2_Justin_Bailey.SMC"

This will create an IPS with ONLY the Justin Bailey reskin and no other modification so you can apply this reskin on top of most any other hack.

When you hit Quote, then scroll down and hit Preview. You'll see that option there. Or when you just hit Reply:

Anyone interested can also use the instructions above and replace the Project base files with a VITALITY patched ROM and a VITALITY Justin Bailey patched ROM and get a Justin Bailey reskin with the updated recolors to use on most any other hack.

Ok, no that I can attach files, here they are. Since these are minimal reskin patches they should be compatible to be patched over most other hacks.

1.) Justin_Bailey_Reskin_ONLY_PB_v0.72.ips
This file is the diff between PB 0.72 and PB 0.72 JB
 - Includes original JB Reskin (Purple Suit & Green Hair) + Menu

2.) Justin Bailey - (Updated Colors by Noxus) - Skin Only.ips
This file is the diff between VITALITY and VITALITY JB from IPS posted by Wolfric above
 - Includes JB Reskin in updated colors Blue leotard and blond hair
 - Does not include menu update (this may be helpful to patch against hacks that make significant change to the menu system)

3.) Justin Bailey - (Updated Colors by Noxus) - Skin + Menu.ips
This file is a diff from the original game and a layered patch I made first with the PB JB patch and then the VITALITY Recolor JB Skin patch
 - Includes blue leotard and blond hair reskin and updated menu system.
