Crateria Map Data present by default

Super Metroid Radon uses a skip ceres patch, but I can't seem to find the exact version I used (i've developed this hack over 3 pc over the years)
My intro dialog plays and after that completes samus spawns above her ship on crateria ( this is from a blank save file )

I know that this ram value or something near it has been set as a side effect of skipping ceres. Is the ceres map collected by default? if so it would explain why this happens. If not, then it must be a side effect of the patch I used.
"7E:0789 - 7E:078A    Flag. Current area's map has been collected, display boss and blue rooms. (Blue rooms will not be marked on pause map until Samus leaves the area)"

If anyone has experienced something similar or know which skipceres patch the description fits, please reply to this post or hmu on discord
