Hello. I am doing this post because the previous one was blocked. I finally have the first version of this hack where you can complete the game. Below I hope that the screenshots and the download of the hack will appear that I will soon be putting on metroid construction, waiting for it to be approved. Hey just letting you know you're really close to this OP being perfect, all you gotta do is embed those images. You can do so by highlighting one link at a time and selecting the photo frame. This surrounds the direct image link with

In fact, I only noticed it two hours ago. I have the version that fixes it ready, but I don't know when I will be able to post it because I know I have to wait a while. If there is someone who knows how long I have to wait to modify the hack on the main site could you tell me?

What are the final item tallies for 100%? I'm currently at all upgrades except Power Grip, 1299 health, 250 missiles, 50 supers, and 45 power bombs.

1299 energy, 260 missiles, 65 super, 45 p bombs and no power grip.
In the available version I haven't changed the percentage yet, so if you get all the items you will reach about 99%

You cannot. Lunar IPS lacks the ability to apply .bps patches.

Try Floating IPS instead. It was designed as a replacement for Lunar IPS and has the ability to apply .bps patches. It will also prompt you before trying to overwrite a file, which is another plus it's got over Lunar IPS.

I'm impressed I've been playing from star to near ending of the hack. Never imagined I was to have so much fun revisiting SM maps with physics and aesthetics of MZM.

I'm waiting for great improvements now :D

Better physics, especially morph jumping, more musics (from pirates ship for crateria or from fusion's water zone to lower Maridia -just suggesting ;D -, enemies where missed, improved graphics for upper Maridia... and so on).

Just beat this. It was fun.
[spoiler]It could use enemies in some rooms where there aren't any or very little. Just add a little more in those rooms. Even if they end up just being fodder. At least it will give those rooms more life.[/spoiler]

I agree. This hack has so SO much potential, but still there are several flaws which, when solved, would turn it into a really amazing hack.

There are rooms (spiked rooms in lower brinstar, wrecked ship, etc. ; rooms with few enemies here and there...) that need retouches, in order to make the world more cohesive, or to eliminate a few possibilities of sequence breaking leading to permastucks, etc. ; in the end, to make the whole experience more sense, more... Super Metroid :D

Moreover, other hacks like Project ZM or Return to Zebes have some ideas that, correctly implemented (music and graphic design changes especially), would make this hack an absolute blast, and possibly one of the best hacks of 2021 hands down.
