hash info + 404s

several of the game pages currently are missing hash information [nestroid and m2 for example have only file sizes, while fusion and zm are missing md5s]. haven't even checked the 3d titles yet. anyone got any clue what they should be? if not i'll see if i can find out tomorrow.

does anyone have copies? we should probably move the stuff still hosted on google to the wiki proper.

also, this might be slightly offtopic, but does anyone know where in the roms the internal name is stored?
