Yes, as the title states, the music is in 8bit edition, (minus the sound effects). <_<
Download size is 800mb, on good dsl and cable modem connections.
Should take about 5-7 minutes, anything else less than that should be 30-40 minutes.

Please look at the readme.txt, make a folder and follow the instructions.
I personally recommend snes9x 1.60, not the older versions like 1.55 or lower.
