(HELP) Item Fanfare Removal

I've searched far and wide but can't find an ips patch to remove the item fanfare music when an item is acquired. I know there are several hacks that employ its removal but I'm just looking for a patch. Any ideas?

Check the Patches section of this page. A patch called Item Sounds is what you're looking for.
Note that there is a bug in it; change line 215 of the asm file (you can open it with notepad) from "DL SOUNDFX" to "DW SOUNDFX" (under the comment that says "Scenery Powerbomb")
