Super Metroid Hack - Flipping rooms, is it possible with Smile 2.5?

Hello guys!

Sometime ago, I found an ips patch which flips Kraid's room (you fight him with the room flipped). Then I'm wondering if it would be possible to make it with other rooms.

Is it possible with Smile 2.5? Otherwise, how could I do it?

The flipping Kraid Patch makes it so Kraid as a boss operates with Samus entering from the right as opposed to the left. It has nothing to do with a function to flip rooms in general. That has to be done manually, as no editor currently has that kind of feature.
