Account Deletion

Is there a way to delete an account registered to an e-mail. I've been looking for a way to do so so I can use this e-mail still since I found out the name I want to use is available. I don't want to create a new e-mail for it since I won't be managing another e-mail just for one account.

If all you want to do is change your username, then you can ask one of the site staff to change that for you.
