Removing completely wall-jumping?

Hello, guys.

I have made some research about this topic, but couldn't find an answer. (one of them, the guy wanted to remove the wall-climbing, but not the wall-jumping) - Actually, I didn't get the difference.

I'd like to know how could I remove completely the wall-jumping from the game, forcing to use the Grappling beam =)
