Skip load game fanfare

I use the debug menu patch a lot for speedrun practice and got sick of waiting for the load animation to finish so I made this. Technically this hack doesn't skip the load animation but instead sets samus's pose to "running" so she doesn't have to stick around until the end of the animation.
