How to change .sfc file for SM hack to an accepted file type? Trying to submit it but can't.

.ips is a patch file. Just open Lunar IPS, click on "create patch", select a vanilla ROM, then select your hack's ROM.

Use SMILE RF, click the "ROM" list, go to IPS/ASM, then hit "Create IPS patch"
